Purpose-built for electronic multi-purpose sergers, the Schmetz ELX705 needle is the right tool for overlock, cover, safety, and mock safety stitches. Unlike standard home sewing needles, the ELX705 features a unique dual-groove blade design that works in harmony with your serger's hook system to create clean chain stitches and virtually eliminate skipped stitches. A reinforced blade adds extra strength, reducing breakage and keeping your stitches straight even at high speeds.
⚠️ Important: These needles are not suitable for use in normal home sewing machines or embroidery machines. Your machine must specifically require the ELX705 system.
